How to make a Lovable site look premium rather than templated. It comes down to the copy, the type and real photography, not the number of features.
AI + BUILDING A RESEARCH AND STRATEGY STUDIO
VÉRITÉ: how much of a studio can one person run with AI?
An experiment in running a research and strategy studio alone, with AI doing the parts I can't: brand identity, marketing, finding customers, the visuals, and thinking through the strategy.

Section 01
What I've learned so far
How to make credits last. Drafting every page as a markdown file in Gemini first, then pasting finished text into Lovable, cut the number of prompts dramatically. Rebuilding is what burns credits; editing finished copy doesn't.
Brand identity assets come from ChatGPT, then get uploaded. The wordmark, the postcards and the visual system were iterated outside Lovable and brought in when they were done.
Marketing analysis can go much further when it's aggregated. Google Analytics, AirROI, Google reviews and Reddit threads, fed into Claude Cowork, produce a customer analysis a one-person studio could never have done by hand, and it doubles as product discovery.
The last rounds of iteration are voice, not typing. When a prototype is close, I record about twenty minutes in Wispr Flow describing everything I want changed and the vision I'm going for, and work from that transcript.

What it's made of
HOW I MADE THIS
Lovable for the site, Gemini for images, ChatGPT for copy and for arguing with me about positioning, Runway for video, Claude Cowork for the analysis.
