Talk it out. I started with Wispr Flow, describing how I wanted the piece to feel and the general shape of the story, straight from the commute.
AI + VIDEO CAMPAIGNS / CONCEPT / IN PROGRESS
Break the Loop
A concept campaign for Lovable, built to find out how far AI video generation can go when you start from a script. Not an official Lovable campaign.
Section 01
Where it came from
I'd been thinking about Lovable's positioning. Their ads speak to people who already see themselves as builders. Looking at who else could use the product, one group stood out that they hadn't spoken to yet: the New York 9-to-5 corporate employee who wants to build something of their own and has never had the technical means. Someone who could build on the commute, at their desk, on the ride home. That felt like a real competitive advantage Lovable hadn't advertised. So I started brainstorming a campaign aimed at them.

Section 02
Experimenting with my AI workflow
The point of the exercise was as much the workflow as the campaign: could one person go from a concept to a storyboarded, animated campaign with nothing but AI tools, and how far does AI video generation actually go right now?
Write the script. The beats in my own words: the crush, the sprint, the sigh, the missing badge, the second sprint.
Sharpen it with Gemini. I handed the script to Gemini to make it more specific: shot by shot, timed to sixty seconds, with the audio cues.
Generate the assets. Stills for each beat in Gemini and ChatGPT: the packed car, the 8:41 phone screen, the revolving doors, the empty lanyard hand, the LinkNYC screen, the billboard.
Move to Runway. Migrate the stills into Runway to improve them and turn them into motion, learning from tutorials as I went. The real goal of this step was to understand the scope of what AI video generation can do right now.

Section 04
The script, with what the viewer should feel
Act I, the crush. The train, the boot on your shoe, one second of beach behind closed eyes, the Grind Line poster on the wall. Feeling: trapped, half awake, the discomfort never ends.
Act II, the 8:41 panic. The sprint down the avenue, coffee spilling, a LinkNYC screen flashing 'Launch your side hustle before 5 PM.' Feeling: dread with a heartbeat, running toward something you don't want.
Act III, the sigh. The office doors, the deep breath of resignation, the turnstiles, the badge that isn't there. Feeling: defeat, and the small humiliation of watching everyone else beep through.
Act IV, the second sprint. Across the lobby past a dropped newspaper ('You are one prompt away') and a barricade ('Build your escape'). Feeling: the environment is talking to you now.
Act V, the micro-rebellion. The visitor desk, the check-in iPad showing 'Escape the 8-to-6,' and instead of signing in, opening Lovable and typing 'Build a platform for...' Feeling: silence, and the first calm decision of the day. Title card: Break the Loop.
The whole campaign is built for one viewer, the person who hates the loop and doesn't know yet that they can leave it.
HOW I MADE THIS
Concept and script by me. Shot list and stills with ChatGPT and Gemini. Motion in Runway. Not an official Lovable campaign.
