01

Possibility is contagious.

Some people and environments make you think bigger simply by being around them. I notice I start thinking differently when I'm around people who are always asking, 'What if we tried this?'

What's an environment that makes you feel bigger?

02

Our relationship to money and work starts from a young age, but it isn't fixed.

What we learn early about jobs, stability, risk, and what a career is supposed to look like can quietly shape what feels possible later and how we imagine the trajectory of our lives.

Those beliefs can change through friends and family, a different environment, a mentor, coaching, therapy, or simply being exposed to another way of living or working. Obviously, that change is much easier said than done.

03

Technology can change before our imagination does.

Traditional industries often have rules and controls for very good reasons. But the workflows built around them can outlive the conditions that created them.

So what happens to those workflows when technology changes what's possible? How do we decide which aspects of those workflows stay the same versus which need to change? And what becomes possible once the rest can be redesigned?

I'm from the land of contradictions.

It doesn't always have to be an either-or situation. Two seemingly opposite ideas can both hold truths. You can be ambitious and calm. Strong and soft. Excited and scared. Hungry and humble. Grateful for your life and still want something different.
